1.    Please adhere to all the guidelines in the HSE bulletin which you will receive at the
       Security Gate.
2.    Mobile Phones are strictly prohibited in the plant area.
3.    If carrying a laptop or a camera please get a pass from Security Gate and before that
       indicate this in this form. However, using the Camera in the plant zone is prohibited
       unless authorized by Plant Manager and Corporate Affairs Manager.
4.    You are not allowed to roam in the Oman LNG Plant without your host.
